Rather than formulate a long list of things we want to achieve in 2016, our goal is to simply continue enjoying what we do which is being creative & helping others do the same.
We do, however, have a slight shift in focus and that is to listen to our customers more.
We are often so busy designing, launching and fulfilling that we don’t have as much time to ask for views, so expect a lot more from Creative Exchange along with other initiatives.
An example of how important communication is, was seen recently when customer Anastasia Glover requested that the glow in the dark beads below, be sold separately rather than in a kit and we obliged.
So we encourage you to get involved, let us have your views as we are always happy to listen and share ideas.
