Welcome to Jeweltailor.com.

These terms and conditions incorporate our privacy and delivery policies and set out the basis of how you can use our website and purchase from us with confidence.
Please read them carefully and if you have any comments or questions please email our customer services team at care@jeweltailor.com.


1.Our Agreement
When you place an order to purchase from Jeweltailor.com we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order and the details of your ordered items.  Your order constitutes an offer which is deemed to be accepted when we issue your dispatch confirmation email. We retain the legal ownership of all products until full payment has been made by you.

2.Making A Purchase
To make a purchase, use the “add to basket” option, visible under each product and you also have the option to increase quantities and to check the estimated postage costs, before checkout.

3.Payment Methods
We accept all major credit and debit cards and you can choose to use either Paypal or Worldpay  to process your transaction.


N.B You DON'T need to have a Paypal account to use Paypal as you can use any debit or credit card to make a purchases.
To pay with a credit or debit card, proceed to checkout, select “Paypal” as the payment method and when presented with the Paypal form, select  “Pay with Debit or Credit  Card”.

4.Website Security
Jeweltailor uses the latest strong encryption technology to ensure that your information is protected to the highest standard.
Any payment information provided is automatically encrypted by the payment gateway and no payment information details are retained on this site.

5. Order Dispatch & Delivery
Jeweltailor deliver worldwide using only reputable delivery companies with a proven track record.

Our aim is to get your products to you as quickly as possible, therefore most orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours of cleared payment, subject to availability.

We offer a range of delivery options which are summarised HERE .

*Please note that delivery times are estimates, may vary by carrier and selected items may be subject to alternative rates.

All delivery prices quoted include postage and packaging materials and are subject to change without notice.

Delivery timescales relate to business working days and exclude Saturdays, Sundays and UK Bank Holidays.

UK next day delivery items ordered on a Friday will be dispatched on the next available working day i.e. the following Monday.

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs or taxes associated with their orders within their respective countries.

Jeweltailor endeavour to use reputable postal carriers and whilst we bear no responsibility for items not delivered by such carriers, we will always provide postage related information to assist with any claims arising.

In light of  above, you are advised to select the appropriate postage method in advance of placing an order and customers can also make a specific delivery request by emailing care@jeweltailor.com prior to order dispatch.

In some cases, particularly where items are required to be sent using tracked or signed services/ costs may vary by region. In such cases customers are required to select the appropriate option prior to checkout. If incorrect postage is selected, a separate invoice may be sent to the customer, for the relevant payment.

6.0 Pricing
Jeweltailor reserve the right to change, without notice, any product or service pricing in the event of errors or in the case of supplier price increases.
Despite our best efforts, a small number of items featured may be mis-priced, however rest assured that we verify all prices as part of our dispatch process and in the event of any discrepancies, you will be informed at the earliest opportunity and offered the right to cancel or purchase at the correct price.

7.0 Availability
All items are subject to availability. In the event that an item is out of stock you will be informed at the earliest opportunity and offered a full refund, an alternative or an  option to have the item sent at a later date at no additional cost to you.


8.0 Cancelling An Order
If an item has not been dispatched, orders can be cancelled by sending an email to care@jeweltailor.com quoting your order number.  In such cases the order will be cancelled at the earliest opportunity and payment refunded in full.   

If an order has been already been dispatched, customers should follow Jeweltailor's returns process and return the item back to Jeweltailor (bearing the cost of postage) for a refund.

Jeweltailor reserves the right to cancel or amend any order that breach these terms and conditions or that cannot be fulfilled for any reason.

9.0 Returning An Order
Items purchased from Jeweltailor.com (excluding gift vouchers, personalised or custom items and earrings for pierced ears), can be returned within 30 days of receipt, for a full refund.

In order to return an item please follow the steps below;

1) Complete the return request form found HERE and await your RMA number which Jeweltailor aim to provide within 48 hours.
2) Return the item within 30 days and include your RMA number, copy of your order invoice and the item/s in their original condition and packaging.

3) Upon receipt, we will process your return as soon as possible and, providing all conditions have been met, issue a refund to the payment method used for the original purchase.

Please note that only items actually received can be processed, therefore a traceable form of postage is recommended and a proof of postage retained.

Jeweltailor are unable to refund postage costs incurred in returning an item, unless an item was sent in error or faulty.

10. Product Information
All product measurements, weights and sizes quoted are approximate and batches of products may vary slightly in weight and content.

All of the products featured, fully comply with the E.U. Nickel Directives. This is in line with the EU law passed in the year 2000, stating that any item intended to come into direct and prolonged contact with the skin must contain less than 0.05% Nickel.

Jeweltailor always aim to represent and describe their products accurately, however due to the nature of naturally formed materials such as shell and gemstones, certain items are likely to be unique, and as a result, may differ from the image displayed.

Please be aware that as the actual colours you see will depend on your personal display equipment, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the products upon delivery.

Customers purchasing children's products should note the recommended minimum age per product and ensure that adult supervision is provided at all times.

11. Free Beads
The Jeweltailor "Free Beads" offer entitles each customer who spends £5 or more (excluding delivery costs) in a single transaction, to 1 (ONE) pack of beads per order.

Where multiple packs are selected, for example in error, the first pack selected will be issued.

In the event that the selected beads are unavailable, an alternative pack will be provided.

Jeweltailor reserve the right to amend or end this offer at any time.

12. Promotional Offer Codes & Coupons
From time to time Jeweltailor, may at their discretion, provide offers and promotions for new and/or existing customers. These may be subject to additional terms that will be provided at the time.

Promotional coupon codes that are offered to new customers are specifically for consumers (as opposed to businesses) registering at Jeweltailor.com for the first time.

If a customer has purchased from Jeweltailor via another sales channel, they are still classified as a new customer if registering on this website for the first time.

Once a new customer coupon code has been used, any subsequent accounts created by the same customer will not be eligible for the new customer discounts and any duplicate accounts identified will be automatically merged or deleted.

Unless stated otherwise, new customer coupon codes can only be used once.

If a coupon code is eligible for multiple use, it may be subject to usage limits as specified by the terms of the offer.

Coupon codes must be used within the specified dates and any other provisions, specified complied with.

Promotion codes and offers, may be amended or withdrawn at any time and are not transferable or redeemable for cash.


13. Using A Coupon Code
In order to use a coupon code, the code must be entered prior to checkout.

Coupons cannot be applied retrospectively and only 1 coupon can be used at a time in accordance with the set usage limits.

Once the customer is ready to check out, they should select the "Shopping Cart"  icon and “View Cart” in order to view the coupon entry box.

The coupon code should be entered into this field and if valid, the relevant discount will be automatically applied and the transaction can be completed.

14. Competitions & Prizes
Jeweltailor may, at its’ discretion offer a range of prizes and/or competitions on various media platforms, subject to the terms below:

Competitions and prize draws are not open to Jeweltailor employees, their immediate families or anyone else connected with the creation and administration of the promotion.

One entry per person, unless otherwise stated.

In order to participate in any specific offer, the requirements, as specified in the promotion, must be met.

By entering the promotion, the winner(s) consent to any publicity generated as a result of the promotion, on both on and off line media.

Jeweltailor operate a fair winner selection policy ensuring that all participants, who meet the entry criteria, are given an equal chance of winning.

In the event that a prize does not reach the intended recipient, Jeweltailor reserve the right to provide an alternative item or vouchers as a replacement.

Giveaway offers may be withdrawn without notice, are only available until the date stated and are not transferable or redeemable for cash.

15. Customer Loyalty Programmes
Jeweltailor may, at its’ discretion offer rewards and incentives to specific customer groups subject to additional terms and conditions specified in the offer.

In order to qualify, customers must meet all of the specified criteria.

For spend based offers, any items purchased and subsequently returned may be deducted from any qualifying spend, specified.

Jeweltailor cannot guarantee that loyalty scheme members will always receive favourable products/services/prices when compared with non members.

Loyalty scheme discounts may not be applied to certain product categories or already discounted products.

Jeweltailor reserves the right to refuse or change participation in any scheme and remove loyalty scheme offers without prior notice.

Offers are not redeemable for cash, cannot be applied retrospectively or transferred without the explicit, written permission from Jeweltailor.

16.0 Research & Development Activities

Jeweltailor may, at it's discretion, undertake research and development activities which may involve customers, suppliers and/or various interested third parties.

Registration or acceptance to participate in such schemes is entirely voluntary and does not represent a legal contract between any of the parties involved.

Registration or participation in such schemes does not guarantee receipt of products or any associated information as individuals may be selected at random and the frequency, type or nature of the activities involved may vary.

Participants of the scheme, may withdraw at any time by sending an email to icreate@jeweltailor.com with their full name and address and  detailing their desire to no longer participate. In such events, 10 working days should be allowed for the request to be actioned.

If an individual unsubscribes from the main Jeweltailor.com newsletter, this will also end their membership of any associated groups.

Where a condition of participation requires feedback to be provided, for example verbally, in writing or via the provision of images, feedback should be provided no later than 21 days after the request. If products are provided and feedback not received it may affect continued membership of the group.

Membership may be revoked and the scheme altered, suspended or ended at any time without notice.

As part of the scheme, feedback should be directed to Jeweltailor.com authorised employees only. Under no circumstances should information be shared with other parties without the prior, written approval of jeweltailor.com.

Any items provided under the scheme are done so strictly for research purposes and recipients undertake to observe and follow all guidelines, safety recommendations and instructions.

Any items provided are not redeemable for cash and cannot be resold or exchanged under any circumstances.

Jeweltailor does not guarantee the delivery of any items as part of this scheme and no liability shall exist in the event of non delivery.

17. Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are an ideal gift for a creative person as it allows them to select their own products from Jeweltailor.com.

To purchase a gift voucher, customers can click the link HERE complete the form, include the recipient’s details and make payment.

The gift voucher recipient will receive an email with the voucher details which can be redeemed at Jeweltailor.com by entering the code during checkout.

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.

18. Downloadable Material
Selected downloads may be available post purchase, so once a transaction has been completed, customers should return to their  Jeweltailor.com  account and click the link entitled "Downloads"  to access the information.

Unless stated otherwise, downloads are only allowed once per transaction.
 
Any information received via download is  subject to copyright and cannot be copied, in its entirety or partially, resold, distributed or passed onto a third party without the explicit, written permission of Jeweltailor.com.


19. Privacy Policy

Jeweltailor values its customers and respects their privacy.

Any information we collect about you is held with the utmost care and security.
The information that we collect about you will only be used lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and the General Data Protection Regulation (hereafter GDPR) effective 25th May 2018.

24. Affiliates

Only authorized affiliates may participate in the Jeweltailor affiliate program and submitting an application indicates acceptance of this agreement and its’ terms and conditions.

The term of the affiliate agreement begins upon acceptance into the program and will end when the affiliate account is terminated.

 Participation in the program is solely to legally advertise jeweltailor.com to receive a commission on products purchased by individuals referred to by the affiliate’s website.

Jeweltailor reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate program application and terminate affiliate accounts without notice.

Approved affiliates will have no legal recourse against Jeweltailor for rejection or cancellation of affiliate program membership.

Commissions will be paid once per month subject to satisfactory performance and the provision of necessary payment information.

For an affiliate to receive commission, the referred account must remain active for a minimum of 30 days.

Affiliates cannot refer themselves, and will not receive commission on their own accounts.

Payments will only be sent for transactions that have been successfully completed and not returned within the allowable time period. Transactions that result in charge backs or refunds will not be paid out.

 Affiliate application and status in the program may be suspended or terminated for any of the following reasons:

  • Inappropriate advertisements (false claims, misleading hyperlinks, etc.).
  • Spamming (mass email, mass newsgroup posting, etc.).
  • Advertising on sites containing or promoting illegal activities.
  • Violation of intellectual property rights. Jeweltailor reserves the right to require license agreements from those who employ trademarks of Jeweltailor in order to protect our intellectual property rights.
  • Offering rebates, coupons, or other form of promised rewards from your affiliate commission.
  • Self referrals, fraudulent transactions and suspected affiliate fraud.

Approved affiliates should indicate how they plan to promote Jeweltailor.com and require prior written approval for use of the jeweltailor logo and imagery.

Pay per click bidding is not allowed without prior written permission.

Jeweltailor will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages (loss of revenue, commissions) due to affiliate tracking failures, loss of database files, or any results of intents of harm to the Program and/or to our website(s).

Jeweltailor do not make any expressed or implied warranties with respect to the program or products sold by Jeweltailor.com and make no claim that the operation of the program and/or our website will be error-free and  therefore will not be liable for any interruptions or errors.

Jeweltailor will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect the affiliate member's statutory rights.

25. Force Majeure
We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.

26. Waiver
If you breach these conditions and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these conditions.

27. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
We reserve the right to change these terms & conditions from time to time and we encourage you to review them as often as possible. Any changes are effective immediately upon posting to the website.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Your acceptance of these terms constitutes acceptance to the non exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
